Well, I'll be...... WE LOVED our Ex, but I've bored some of you with the details of a few issues with turbo, tranny, a/c, etc...
But our travails with the 2002 PSD Ex may be over.... Ford agreed that I should not have had the problems I've had and they are going to replace it !!!! That's the right thing to do.... but..................
While I appreciate the offer and know that I just had a bad one...
What do I need to know in order to do this right
they say they have a usage fee of about $2400 they want me to pay for the 13K miles I've used it and any upgrade fees if I do upgrade to a more expensive vehicle... Going to question a usage fee if I've been paying my note for 6 months... shouldn't that be a usage fee?
Not going to agree to anything until I see all the numbers, but wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this...

Its about time!!!!! Congrats on the staying cool and being understanding when no one could understand. I don't know about the 2400 bucks but I would press them to relax that payment! I wouldn't complain though not to much since YOU will be getting a new "X"

I have been experiencing several problems with my 2002 Excursion. I too am considering envolking the "Lemon Law".
What kind of problems did you have? |
