Some time ago I posted a question asking if a less than 4 inch lift existed for my 2wd Ex. I tried different sites but did not have any success. Here's my question--will a the parts of a 4wd fit my 2 wd? If so, how complicated would it be and what parts would be needed?

Thanks,

David

no buddy, sorry the rear is the same but the front is totaly different, they use leaf springs in the front of the 4x4, you can lift it less then 4 " but can I ask why? all you need to do is get the 4" lift from fabtech and the rear end goes up 2" and the front you can ( i know yall are going to lose your minds ) cut the fabtech springs down 3" and that should lift the vehicle a total of 2 1/2 to 3", BUT WHY??? I like mine bigger but you can get the 4 " and instal it and see if you like it, good luck to you. by the way tire size will give you the lift you want to if its all about ground clearence

It really is all about size!!!!!!
