Well we are enjoying our recent purchase of an '03 4x4 V10 Limited so much that we want another X. I am looking for someone in a position to owner finance. By this I mean we draw up a detailed contract, I give a down payment and make payments per the terms of the contract (2-4yrs depending on purchase price). I am fine with having the seller include terms to protect themselves as they see fit. After acquiring financing from a bank just 3 months ago we are not in a position to (nor are we wanting to) begin a formal financing process again with institutions. Also our qualifying rates are higher than we prefer. I think we could create an agreement that benefits both parties.
I am looking for a 2002- 2005 4x4 X with less than 60k-70k miles. I prefer V10 Limited but will consider any other option you may have (even earlier models).
FYI...our income is over six figures and debt is low. Thanks for your time!
