I bought my 2002 PSD excursion limited 2 weeks ago and I love it. At first I was concerned about the size since it is my primary vehicle. I'm over it now since I realize how nice it is to drive. The people who owned the truck before me decked it out with the banks stinger plus system, 2 LCD screens, dvd, lift, rims, tires, etc.. The only thing it is missing is an aftermarket stereo. Here is a picture from last weekend towing the boat out to the lake. I chose the excursion diesel since it has a lot of enclosed space and it is absolutely perfect for weekend lake trips. I do have some questions about the lift I have. It is up on blocks in the rear which I've read isn't so good. Should I change to all springs or is that bad for towing? I've read quite a bit about these radius rods as well. I have 5 inch lift springs in the rear and will addd the factory 2" block when i replace the front springs with Superlift 10 leaf 6" springs. I will also install air bags to help the suspension carry the added weight of the trailer hitch. I will start all this next month after my trip to sunny Florida to warm my bones up from all this dang cold weather we have had.

Sweet. Sounds like a good plan. Maybe I will do the same thing after you do so I can follow your pictures!!
