I have been thinking about going from 305's to 315 tires ( 35's) and was wondering about gearing. I have the 3.73 Any issues with going to the larger tires? Someone please educate me on gearing and how it all works.

BTW- the truck has a six inch lift so I know 35's will fit. Engine is the 5.4L V8 and has air intake and exhaust. I know, it's a little wimpy but it gets the job done and I am getting 13 mpg!

Thanks

OPPS- just noticed I posted this in the wrong section, sorry.

my thoughts are .....try it for a couple days and see and if you are unhappy fall back on 33's. you can always go back and change the gears if you like the 35's but the performance is not there
