Last October my dealer reprogram the chip on my 04, 6.0 with 7500 miles and now my milage sucks! highway went from 21 to 18 mpg and city went from 15 to 12. If it wasn't for the warranty problems I would add some type of chip booster system. Also they haven't been able to find a small oil leak they have tried 3 times with oil dye and no luck.
Hi! My 2004 6.0 PSD is about to be re-flashed at 11,800 miles. I loveds it until this week when it wouldn't start. Now I am really scared. What wee the smptoms that led to yours being reflashed?
