Appreciate your thoughts for my nephew as he leaves for his second tour in Iraq on Wednesday....

Am TRYING to work out my schedule so I can go visit him tomorrow in Corpus Christi b4 he takes off...

He and I have become close since I lost my 16 yr old son and our interest in fast cars (and trucks!) have given us a lot of fun times...

John I wish your nephew a safe second tour overseas!

My brother already has a tour of Afghanistan under his belt from 2002 and is wanting to join his brothers and sisters in the fight for the people of Iraq

Thanks !
I did !

Just got back ---
nice drive from DFW to Corpus !

Went in the little car, my wife's Lincoln LS...
but found some big cars to run with so I felt safer !

Change in orders while I was there...
He's going to Yuma for 30 days...
then back to Corpus for 30...
then to Kali...
then to Iraq - he thinks he will be assigned to a Marine Helicopter group...
Not sure where yet !

But ....

How thank young man has grown into a MAN !
Very proud of him !
