I went to Carmax a weeks ago just to see what they would pay for my excursion. They said 11,000 cash. I tried not to laugh. Trade in value at good condition is mid 13k. I will most likely "give" it away at that price. DO a quick search on autotrader and see if you find a single turbo diesel in similar mileage and condition (within 300 miles). I may need the money soon for a down payment. IF it turns out I need and don't have it. I WILL give it carfax at a measely 11k. No gimics here people. I found a deal I want to jump on and am willing to sacrafice.
Cars only issue: Right at 1400 rpms it has a "miss" or something similar.. although it doesn't not feel at all underpowered and is completly realiable and has never let me down. I have had two mechanics look at it: Ford dealer and another diesel mech. shop. Both said it was the no. 8 injector, I had it replaced and the "miss" is still there.
Basic info: 2wd diesel excursion with 125,000 miles (that's noting on a powerstroke)
Everything is in at least "good" condition. IT is a limited (i.e. leather, heated seats, power everything, cold ac DUAL climate controls, tow package, heated sideview mirrors, seats eight, has about 10 cup holders (if that doesn't sell it nothing will).
Come with a diablosport predator programmer (adds up to 100 wheel hp)
Just bough it about four to five months ago. Reason for selling: I just inherited a "beater" car and rather use the cash from the excursion for a down payment on a house. It is "too much" for me. I'm single, no kids and the firebird is not getting any track action any time soon (holding for a house w/garage  ).
This is putting me one step closer to my "financial freedom" goal.
Clean title, title in hand, cars paid off and no accidents, carfax clean.
