I tow a 35' TT that weighs 10k wet. I also use a 150lb Hensley Arrow hitch. Needless to say my rear-end sagged as well. I went with Timbren Load Boosters and a rear Hellwig anti-sway so far. HUGE difference. I plan on changing the shocks soon as well, still running factory. The Timbrens help alot and actually make the ride really nice, not stiff. The nice thing is you don't have to dink around with air hoses and worry about losing air all the time. The Timbrens replace your stock snubbers above your axel. They sit about 1" above your axel when there is no load. Takes about 10 min. on each side to install. Recently went on a 2800 mile round trip camping excursion which included my wife, 3 kids and a mother-in-law . The thing rode nicely, even 'the mother-in-law' remarked at how well it rode Anyway, thats how I solved my problem.

Oh, by the way, the Timbrens are about $150 for the pair and the Hellwig is about $160. Not sure about the costs of airbags, I was not interested in installing those.

I just installed the Air Lift airbags in my 05 last week. Took about 2.5 hours, very easy install taking my time. Not cheap at around $325 for the kit, but the truck sits level with the trailer on now. I'm pullling a 24 foot V-nose encloses car trailer.
