No pics. Just put them where the Super Dutys have theirs; on the front fender behind the light.

Not at all. Have the 5.4L V8 and am very happy with it. Wouldn't trade for the V10 for free if I could.

Yeah, why? I had the V10 before I got my diesel and really loved it! It was more efficient than I had imagined - I got 10.5MPG towing a heavy Jeep, gear and family which was pretty respectable.

I traded it on my diesel because the dealer made me an offer I couldn't refuse.
