Wow...glad to here there is a happy ending in sight for you.
What is the September release? Is it going to be an '05 or '06? I was told production is done. Whats on the lots is whats available.
Ive always been a GM guy myself. The X was the first Ford product that Ive ever considered looking at. I traded my '02 Tahoe w/ 100k trouble free (hard) miles and "EVERYTHING" worked in the truck when I turned it in. By the time I was 1 mile away from the dealership w/ my brand new 40 mile X, we realized the AC was not blowing out of the dash vents. Long story short, vacume pump is no good. Dealer has it on back order so Ill have to see how it goes.
Im not bitching YET  but Im not overly impressed 
Other things Ive noticed is the wireing is a mess but Ive always moved or added wireties here and there to all my vehicals. When I was looking undernieth I found it interesting that they have a counterwieght hanging off the bottom of the trans. It will be interesting to see how long before that gets torn off. Last for now, if you dont remove the roof rack cross members they will remove your paint, whats up with that?
Okay now it sounds like Im bitching. NOT Wont do it. She is mine for the next 200k
