It is all rather exciting. I just flipped 1000 miles and the truck is going in for its first oil change. The service people thought I was nuts. They just don't get it...
This is basically a useless post but I'm so happy to be back here that I had to post SOMETHIN'!

1000 miles and ya wore out the oil already 
good on you !
just clipped 300 miles on mine... but now it's in the garage until the weekend when I have to drive the wife around

We had to do our first oil change just a week after we picked up our 2002 back then but we did drive from Norcal to Phoenix and to Dallas 
John don't forget were wrenching on a couple trucks this Saturday in Wylie if you'll be drivin the wife around up in the North
