I recently purchased my 00 Excursion PSD 2wd. I've noticed that there is no mention of the front wheel bearings in the maintenance schedule. I am used to repacking my front wheel bearings every 15K to 30K miles in other rear wheel drive vehicles I've had in the past. What type of bearings are used on the Ex? Do they ever need to be greased? Are they some type of sealed bearing or is the hub all one assembly?

Thanks for any help.

They are sealed unit bearing. No maintenance is required.
