Just inherited a Snap-On 2500 scanner. It has a GM, Chrysler & Ford modules as well as a general OBDII general module. The Ford module only lists from '83-'92 on it.

What modules, and or keys, will I need to do full diagnostics on both my '01 F350 and '00 Excursion PSDs? I want to be able to scan everything (powertrain, crash sensors, door sensors, etc).

Please let me know what I need to get to do this or if it's even possible with this scanner.

Thanks.

If it works for up to 92, it's probably only an ODB-I reader. The late models use OBD-II, which
is a completely different connecter, software, etc.
