Does such a thing exist? saw someone advertising a ultimate edition and was just wondering if this was a legitamte model offered from Ford?

Yes... it means ALL the options are there

My 02 and 03 Ex's were Limited Ultimates....

Course my 05 Eddie Bauer has everything either of my ultimates had on them....
just that the options weren't included in the base price...

2005 6.0L 4x4 Eddie Bauer Ex
2003 6.0L 4x4 Limited Ex - traded in (BooHoo)
