Just wondering if the excursion '05 or the '06 superduty were offered with tow mirrors that had all of the following: the lights on the side, the indicator lights IN the mirror, heated, and automatic? If so, how much do they run for? all I have been able to find is f350 tow mirrors that are: power, heated, turn signal, telescopic with no indicator IN the mirror...did ford do away with this feature? Want to update my '02 and want to know price and what is available before I purchase. Thanks. |

On the telescopic mirrors I haven't seen the turn signal in the mirror only on the outside edge where it doubles as a running light.
I'd rather be in the boat with a drink on the rocks then in the drink with the boat on the rocks.... But either way theres gonna be a good story!!! |

The dog ears are the ones with the intergrated LED turns in the mirror glass, the tow mirrors from the factory has them on the outside shell as OP mentioned.
If you'd like to invest in the upgrade to the 2003-up tow mirrors it runs $500 for the pair (shipping included)

FWIW, the runnning light(s) and turn signal light(s) are actually different sets of LEDs.
