Funny--

But my guage IS a little squirrely. After a fill, it reads OK at full. At about 3/4 full, I have traveled about 40 miles. At half full, I have traveled a TOTAL of about 120 miles. At 3/4 full, the mileage is now a total of 250. At the empty line, it reads about 420 miles. Full - 40 - 120 - 250 - 420. After a fill, I show about 38 gallons gone.

You guys showing the same non linear reading on your gauges?

If not, should I take it back to the dealer for warranty repair?

The only odd behavior I've noticed with my fuel gauge is if I leave the ignition in the on position (but engine not running; son watching DVD) the fuel gauge takes forever to read full after I fill up the tank and start up again. If the ignition is off while I fill up, after I start up it immediately jumps to full.
