I just bought a 2000 Excursion Limited w/5.4. looking for radius rods (i'm on Landyots list but maybe someone has used?) Early 2000 model. i would also like to upgrade to the tow mirrows. Any other ideas or must have's?) i am open you everyones suggestions...

i am pretty sure the first and second generation radius rods will not work on an early 2000, if your calipers are not on the same sides of the wheels. i do however think he told me the new third generation will. you need to check with him to make sure!

Just to provide a little bit of clarification, the GEN-I rods will NOT fit on an early-2000 model ... and that was the whole reason the GEN-II rods were developed.

The GEN-II rods have since been upgraded to "GEN-III" because the axle-clamps have been changed. Trimming the metal bump-stops in the spring-pack was required to install the GEN-II rods, but trimming is not required with the GEN-III design.

Raction - Sorry, but I don't know of anyone looking to sell their radius-rods. Good luck in your search. BTW, I have seen them pop up on eBay every now and then.
