I've been very satisfied with the Rancho RS9000X shocks and would definitely recommend them to the next person needing an upgrade

dlaughter,
In case I missed it, Welcome to the site. Lots of good people here willing to answer any questions you have. As for the shocks, I think anything is better than the stock ones. I went with the Ranch RS9000X. 9 positions to taylor the ride the way you want, whether towing or just cruising on a road trip with the family. I'm sure there are others out there that are as good, but the price on these was hard to pass up. Check out www.samsoffroad.com

dlaughter,
In case I missed it, Welcome to the site!! Lots of good people here willing to lend advice and answer any questions you have. As for the shocks, I got the Rancho RS9000X and would highly recommend them. 9 positions to taylor the ride, whether towing or cruising on a road trip with the family. Check out www.samsoffroad.com and see if they've got 'em on sale again. I think I paid aroud $230 for mine and I believe that included shipping, as well. Other names that I see used on Excursions are Bilstien, Edelbrock. Hope this helps.

Dlaughter,
When I needed to replace my shocks, at the advise of CHP I went with RANCHO 9000X It is a TOTALY new beast! Sams off road had the best deal W/ shipping.
to date one simple rule i have found. CHP will stear you in the rite direction.
Many brands available. Adjustability on the RANCHO sold me.
