went to see my good friend Steve Cole at TTS,and we started to play with the X.he showed me how to prgram the chip(i will be doing this in the near future)we are experimenting right now to get the transmission timing in sync with the chip.(there will be a problem with a chip and a high performance transmission as far as lock-up timing on top of shift)nobody tells you this stuff.i am now running a 3 stage chip(stock,60hp,100hp)i am very impressed to say the least.if youpurchase anything over 60hp,you better buy a special torque converter at least.the exhaust will come next, after i fine tune the trans to the chip.this is really fun,and i love it.i started with 200hp at the wheels and left with 300hp.the transmission allowed me to put all this power to the ground.next saturday will be another session with Steve.
by the way,i drove Steves new F250 6.0.very impressive, very fast, very quiet.but, the truck workmanship is pretty bad, engine leaks, romps when cold,if the engine has to come out(body removal time no room)transmission leaks, panels in bed dont fit right, they stopped putting sealer between bed panels.rust has already showed on a 30,000.00 truck with 1900 miles
i will report more stuff soon

regards, mike
