CHP,
A little scratch on your truck and the the other guy looks to have totaled his ride!
If you are going to "trade" paint this is the way to do it.

??? What's a NAZI rig?? That car sure don't look German to me? Looks Korean.
And as far as"Built Ford Tough"....they sure didn't make that bumper. If it was a stock bumper he'd be in the shop looking at $3000 in repairs!

Nope, insurance would only put on a reconditioned bumper and have it all done for less then $550
trust me I know
Back on the 15th of last month I had the exact same thing happen to me.
He was sitting right next to me as i was able to look at him door to door
He cranked the wheel and drove right across my bumper. Point of contact was from the front passenger door all the way down through the rear passenger door and into the rear quarter panel.
First thing out of his mouth as 'I had my turn signal on'!
Told him I am sorry but I could not see the signal flashing on his DASH panel!
He looked like 'what', I said he was sitting next to me, how can i see a turn signal on the front or rear of your vehicle when all I can see is you sitting there in the drivers seat! DF!
Kept saying its my fault since he had his signal on.
People need to realise that a turn signal is a request or 'intent' to do something, it does not give them the RIGHT of way! |
