Why do you need two batteries? Got a killer sound system or a winch to power?

You can order the left side battery tray from ford. It will match up with the bolt holes already in the fender wells. you will have to unbolt some kind of round can thingy ( sorry, no idea what it was) and move it to under the new battery tray. I also did a new air intake at the time to give me some more room
If your looking for batteries that can take a huge draw look into http://www.batcap.net/Indexnew5.htm i use the batcap800's
Feel free to use our team name when ordering

I'm powering a winch.
I recently got stuck on a 1/2 mile dirt driveway while towing my travel trailer with the wife and kids. Right side spinning both wheels. Ended up paying for a tow truck out in nowhereland. Waited 4 hours.
Plenty of large trees to pull from, but no winch. Tow bill was 325 bucks. Guy had me by the you know whats. I am investing in a front hitch, a winch and a set of LS/electric lockers for the axles.
I'm not gonna get stuck like that again... NO way. uh uh, ain't gonna happen. nope. |

About that batcap. WOW!! I didn;t know they made things like that. Incredible battery tech.
I looked at your gallery and my eyes nearly popped!!!!
Those are way beyond serious sound systems. Those are "stop playing around like a wus" SERIOUS sound systems. Heck, I didn;t even know they had competitions like that. Those 16 woofers in the back of the ex, is that yours? WOOOAAAA!!!! |
