What kind, if any, adverse effects can we expect when the new Ultra Low Diesel Fuel starts showing up at the pumps?

Supposedly according to the diesel techs at a truck shop, they don't think there will be any other than maybe some weeping at the fuel lines for the older trucks.

My first thoughts are noisier injectors,lower MPG's and reduced engine life for starters.
