Today while on a 2 way street I had my first road kill in my Excursion! (not counting enless amount of bugs kills from driving on the freeways) Out where there are building new housing. I hit a big fat pigeon. There were flocks of pigeon flying from one end of the street powerlines to the other end of the street powerlines.
The first thing that came to my mine was that I just washed and had waxed my Excursion this morning.  I thought I was going to have poop all over my Excursion. Well these birds decided to take a dip infront of me. I tryied to slow down and I thought I was going to hit atleast 3 of 'em but I manage to hit one of them while the other 2 flew up and the lucky pigeon decided to take good reflection of himself off my lower bumper. It hit my bumper went tumbling on to the street. I looked in my rear mirror and the people behind me were in a Expedition had there mouth droped.
At first, I thought damn, it hit my driver side headlamp or my grill so I pulled over and inspect my front end. Yulp, it hit the chrome bumper....

I've decided that Xochi was in cahoots with the gas stations to rid me of my bank account. I still and love her.

lol you know, I turn around and took a pic of the dead bird on my cell phone but somehow I didn't saved it. shoot!
