IT STARTED TO RAIN HEAVILY IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BEDDING IN PROCEDURE. WILL THE RAIN HAVE ANY EFFECT ON THE PROCEDURE?

It shouldn't really. But it depends on if the rotors got wet.

Typically in the rain your rotors do not get real wet due to centrepidal force flinging the water off.

I would say as long as you were able to keep the temps and road speeds up needed to properly bed everything in, you should be fine. You didn't "call it quits" once it rained though did you?
