Went back to the dealer today to settle up on the issues mentioned above:
1) Wiring harness repair -- Was told the wrong work code was punched in, and should have read, "remove & repair horn," to cover pulling it out for testing.
2) Keyless access code & remotes -- Took 'em less than 10 minutes to take it into the garage, collect the data, and reprogram the key fobs.
3) Tire pressures -- The service manager was a little miffed about the fact that PSI values were written down on the form, but no actual work had occurred ... said she will "get to the bottom of it." She agreed that if non-OEM tires are installed, that should be noted on the form.
I ain't ecstatic, but I am now somewhat satisfied that my concerns have been addressed.
I still hate dealing with dealers. |
