Does anyone have a link to the correct fuel filter wrench for the fuel filter on top of the 7.3L?
Thanks.

Check out Snap-on. Search for "YA998A" (Wrench, Fuel Filter, Diesel, Ford). Mine is a crossed version with 4 contact points.

Timing is everything. I was just looking to order filter & wrench, happened to see this post. Powerstroke has a deal on 6 or more filters (RACOR) get the wrench free. Done deal.

i am not a mechanic, but it seems that a standard 3/4" drive rachet with a 3" extension is a perfect fit!!!! |

RMWITT has a good point. No need to go buy a filter wrench, a 3/4" drive ratchet w/ extension worked for me. It didn't fit perfectly, but it got the old one out and the new one in. |
