On several occasions, I have started my '05 Ltd 6.0L X and none of my accesories will work (radio, power window, etc) then about 30 seconds later, I can hear a small "click" and then everything comes on. I have talked to the Ford dealer and of course it never does it for them, so I was hoping there might be some suggestions out there. It seems like it might be the same relay that lets everything stay on after the ignition is turned off, does that make sense?

Sounds like the same relay that keeps the radio and windows active for 10 minutes after the engine is shut off.Interesting issue,I'm going to send you a PM as well.
