The early 99 intake TSB is to take it into the 99.5-02 intake box which replaces the stock intake with the new box which runs from from the grill along side the battery into the rectangular airbox. If you are looking to upgrade, check with David Lott @ www.dieselinnovations.com and look under intake tabs for the 7.3L ford. They are not cheap and I think he offers either just the updated box or your can go all out and get box and AFE cold air intake too.
