Has anyone actually replaced their auto hubs on their Ex with either Warn or Mile Marker hubs? And what are the parts numbers? I am getting conflicting information; Warn's web site has only the SD 250's listed, however MM does have the Dana 50 and 60 listed but with the same part number. On top of that, local 4x4 shop says they have tried to get manual hubs for the Ex before with no luck. So what is the real skinny. thanks.

Anyone have any info related to manual 4x4 hubs for the EX?
I'm about to have my third set of front hubs since the 104,000 mile mark (when I bought this bus) and I'm now at the 230,000 mile mark. Seems a little to frequent when I hardly ever get off road and into 4x4.
some are telling me to just go with manual hub locks as they are stronger and less problematic.
Any info appreciated.

Have you serviced them yet? They aren't so junky as to fail so much. Maybe a bit of maintenance will save you some dough.

Weclome.
The fella's site has some very helpful info for Super Duty based trucks! Drop him a note thanking him for his well made website if you get a chance.
