My 2002 7.2 ran great until it just stranded me. It starts and idles but I have no dash gauges or accelerator response. Do you guys have any clue? I assume it is electrical, and I pulled and checked every fuse before having it towed away! |

The driverside battery is new and the other one is original. I checked the battery eye on the old one and it was green. |

The circuit you describe is a hot in run/start circuit from the keyswitch. The circuit would affect your fogs coming on, and a host of other stuff. several things for the engine come off this line including the speed control servo.. It starts as a 30 amp fuse on the Central Junction box number 64. Pin # 4. a 14 gauge dark blue with orange tracer goes to the switch, and the output oth the circuit I'm thinking of is red/light green coming back from the keyswitch. You can see if you have power on the red/light green wire when the key is in the run position. If power is going in on the dark blue/orange wire, but nothing coming out of the red/light green wire, then replace the keyswitch. |
