I just pulled the Rancho Steering stabilzer #RS5413 for my 2005 4x4 X out of the box... IT'S THE WRONG PART . (stablizer # matches box #)
RS5413 has a female attach point on one end and a male on the other end... the oem stock one on my X is female on both ends.
Anyone out there with a correct Rancho part number for my application?

Sounds like you need the 5412 as the direct replacement stabilizer although Rancho shows 5413 for 2004-05
I'm unaware that the mounts were changed in 2004

Does my 01 have a stock steering stabilizer? Just had a bunch of work done to the Ex, but it seems to want to wander. Maybe I should look at installing this Rancho too to match the 4 RS9000X shocks I installed. |

IIRC, a stabilizer will not help a wander problem - it's just for shock absorption...
Wander may be alignment, tires, many other things than steering stabilizer... I think
