Found out a neighbor and parent of one of my wifes 1st grade students is a mechanic and owns his own shop. He is also a diesel Excursion owner, so he is very much into working on these trucks. Brought him my Ex this morning and he was able to cut my front slotted rotors, he said they were way out, actually had to cut 6 thousands off one side. Also replaced bar end links and the front stabilizer was shot too. I had him install the Hellwig too. He was highly impressed with the way my Ex handles in comparison to his 2003, he thinks that Hellwig is making the difference. He is looking forward to installing the Radius Rods when I get them and is pretty sure he is going to go with them and a Hellwig also for his Ex. Oh, the brakes work perfect now, no more vibration and the truck rides real nice now that pretty much the whole front end has been replaced!
