The time has come to sell my beloved V10 Ex Limited. It has 68k babied miles and is like new with the exception of a small (dime size) ding in the rear bumper that was there when I bought it. It's two tone maroon with tan bottom panels and running boards and tan leather interior. It's loaded with all the options available in 2000. It's essentially stock except for slotted competition brake rotors and pads, a K&N FIPK intake kit & filter (the stock intake goes with the Ex) Edelbrock shocks, a heavier steering damper, a Helwig 36mm rear sway bar, and LandYOT Radius Rods (Thanks LandYOT!). It has Firestone "E" range tires with 15k miles on them. It's always had synthetic oil and K&N oil filters fitted. It's been serviced regularly. This Ex is rock solid with no body lean or wallowing AT ALL!
This Ex has always been garaged and seldom seen foul weather. The leather looks new. It has absolutely NO issues at all and NEEDS NOTHING! I have used it to tow a travel trailer and take the family on an occasional trip to Chicago or the Black Hills. It's never been off-roaded or abused. If you're looking for a lovingly cared for Ex, you've got to see this one! If you're looking for an Ex to tow with, this one really shines and will tow up to 10k lbs. With the installed towing mirrors, Tekonsha Sentinal brake controller, sway bar, shocks, and radius rods, tows a travel trailer like the truck and trailer are on rails. This particular Ex is one of THE MOST solid tow vehicles on the road.
I'm only selling my Ex because we bought a Born Free 23' moho on the E450 chassis to tow our 25' Bigfoot trailer. We wanted the comfort of the couch and captain's chairs for entertaining... yeah, I'm spoiled...
