I'm trying to find the right color to repair my steering wheel. I've got the tan interior in my '00 EX. I thought code 7221 (Med. Parchment) from leatherworldtech was the right one, but it is too light. Any help would be appreciated.

Andy,
Colors are very difficult to match for starters. Even within years there are subtle differences. I see your truck is an '00. Seven years of use and exposure likely darkened the original color somewhat. The color you purchased may indeed be the right shade, but no longer matching your (darkened) interior. Either visually match up closest color or apply some leather dye. Some custom places may be able to match either the leather or the dye. Find a high end upholstery place and ask. Dye only may not be that expensive. Color matching leather and restitching will.
