So you recient comment to me was COMPLETELY off topic and for lack of a better word worthless and has NOTHING to do with the V-10 question at hand...............

"First I didn't tell him not to buy banks. Get your grammar right. And second I'm no longer getting banks. Because I've read and been told that they're programming isn't that great. I can get better for less."

NICE!!

and on a side note my grammar was correct!!!

Holy crap.
1. No my comment was not off topic as Banks sells products for gasoline engines and my comment was on their price structure which therefore applies to both gasoline and diesel engines. If you see no relevance there then I wouldn't recommend trying to figure out what the rest means and finish reading 'Go Dog Go'.
2. I did not recommend that he did not buy Banks. I merely informed him that he could be over paying and for what reasons (see 1).
3. Gasoline and Diesel products are different and programming plays a larger role in diesels than gas engines. Therefore I stated I was planning on buying banks programming because they were the only programmer to offer shift on the fly (to my knowledge at the time). Now I know otherwise. Which my reasoning has no relevance to gas tuners but I thought I'd add my decision and reasoning. Thanks for making helping this guy worth it.

You can make more power for less most of the time by not buying banks. Banks you usually pay for their advertising.

But I'm still going to outfit myself with banks, because I want the security of monitoring (which is more of a concern with diesel) and shift on the fly programing. Maybe I'll swap intakes and exhausts to save some bucks.

In reference to number 2; show me where I said NOT to buy banks. Find it where I say "jollitosBigBlue do not buy banks".

This means that majority of the time, you can make equivalent, or more, power with other brands, which will generally cost less. NOT that he should not buy banks.

And by the way the only reason I am talking about diesels for any reason is I was offering the reasons for why I may buy banks.

Find somewhere in there that I state to not buy banks John. Try to make sure its correct this time.
