Warranty that shock out,I had one do that on me and 4 wheel parts did a straight over the counter exchange. Check with your retailer for availability of the 9000X as they are no longer in production from Rancho.

The 9000X replacement is the 9000 "XL" which is an entirely different design inside/out,perhaps they'll credit you on the one and give you a deal for 3 new XL's for the trouble.

Thanks, any idea what the warranty time is on them?
I kinda remember tem being about 2 years old.
However I know there is less then 10,000 miles on them. Easy to prove, becuase I have only put 20,000 on the truck since I bought it in May of 2004
So even so, they have a quaranteed mileage of less then 20
And I did get them from online

The shocks comes with a Lifetime Warranty guaranteed against defects which covers the knob, welds or any other hardware on the product,if an internal seal, piston or whatnot goes,it's also covered under the warranty. Contact your retailer and get the procedure on how they handle it if they don't have a location near you.

I never offer information they don't ask for,so I'd keep the mileage to yourself but if they ask you can embellish it abit
