Hey guys I got a really wierd electrical gremlin. With the cooler nights it has been harder to start the 7.3L in the morning. So I figured it was time for new batteries. When I load tested them the both came up 13.2volts, which is little low but ok. Then I tested the harness at the stater, came up 10volts, so I changed the harness. So I figured problem solved but DOH! still hard to start in the morning. Truck sits over night from 7pm to 7am and is hard to start, but after I go to work and leave at 7pm truck starts no problem. Also I have been throwing a P1670 code which could be the result from this gremlin. Where could this draw be? Thanks in advance.

couple things to try one I would look for the ICP sensor and un plug it, see what changes are made when trying to start it. when this is unplugged the icp pressure defaults to wide open. you may have injector driver module problem. lastly when you turn the ignition on take off the oil cap and take a sniff, if you smell buning wires you may find that the UVC harnesses under the passenger VC be burnt or loose connections.
