4x4 Won't disengage

Very rarely use 4x4 low but used it last evening to get the rig in the driveway (backing up)... Worked like a champ but now she is stuck in 4x4 low.... What should I be looking for to fix this issue?

Oh yeah, the truck has 124,000 on the clock

Call a ford dealer and ask them what they think the problem is. They've seen it all.

I think the problem is you need to put the gear in neutral, hit the brake pedal and switch out of 4WD Low. Try that and let us know.

I thank you both for helping out the mentally challenged one Contacted the dealer and the service dept. told me about the neutral fix
