Will 2005 Excursion grill ,bumper and headlights bolt on a 2000?

I would like to put the 2005 front end on it and was wondering if a 2005 bumper,grill and headlights would all bolt right on to this 2000 or any other ideas on doing this conversion? Thanks in advance.
