My weather stripping on the back doors of my X is getting pretty worn out. It is the weather strip that is mounted to the X and it goes along the bottom and then around the sides and up to the top. I have done a general google search for Ford Excursion weather strip and I can't find a site that carries the weather strip. Anyone know of a place I can order it from, besides going into my local Ford dealer?

If your weatherstripping is torn or ripped, then replace it. However, if it's merely "flattened" some, there is another alternative. Look into the end of the weatherstripping, and you should see a cavity that runs the full length (it's an extruded piece of rubber). I recall reading where some guys reconditioned their weatherstripping by sliding another rubber tube/hose into that cavity. Lubrication will be required to insert the new tube.
I think the guys who inserted the extra tubes did so because they were getting a noise around the driver's door.
If you still need to replace yours, go look at the JCWhitney website because most weatherstripping is fairly generic, and JCW offers quite a variety. You will need to know what the cross section of your w'stripping looks like. Here's a link ...
