I've had a few folks inquiring recently about the Landyot Radius-Rods, but some of these guys have lift kits on their trucks. Because the radius-rods are OK for use on Excursions with lifts up to 4-1/2", I typically suggest that those folks with more lift start searching for a "good set of ladder-bars." They often have lifts measuring in the 6" range. Their next question is usually something like, "Can you recommend a particular brand or style of ladder-bar?" That's where I get stumped because I have no experience with ladder-bars.
So I'm asking the question, "What is a good set of ladder-bars?" I know there are different styles and brands, but I'm not up on them. If you have experience with ladder-bars, feel free to chime in and help some other Excursion owners in their quest (will be an education for me, too).

I too was wondering the exact same thing. I recently put a 5.5" Fabtech lift on and would love to use the Landyot Radius-Rods to prevent axle wrap on take off, but can't  Suggestions? |

Based on the lack of replies to my question, I guess I might start believing that almost nobody here has ever installed a set of ladder bars. |
