I want to put one on in the next couple of weeks, as we are going to start pulling our camp trailer soon.
I just want to know where did you find the best price?? What was the part #?? and how long/hard was the install??
Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hi Jason, JC Whitney has them for $134.95( part# ACJ555376T). Summit has them too, don`t know price or #. I had a buddy of mine that owns a shop put mine on for $45.00. While your at it change the front swaybar bushings to polyurethane. AutoZone has Energy Suspensions for $19.95. It will tighten up the front.

Hi Wheels, I live 30 mins from the wharehouse here in Il. I checked the part# in the Ford accessories cat. it`s listed as code B (rear) ACJ555376T but in their main cat. it`s listed as code B 55UV5376T. Hope this helps.

Wheels,
I just called JC whitney - never found the part on line or in their catalog... and besides, when you call - just ask for any specials they have going....
I ended up getting it for $121.00 and third day delivery for, I think, $18 more ???
Then had a local 4 wheel shop install it for $45... WELL worth it to me...
And you'll LOVE the difference in the handling and ride...

Add Me to the list.
My sway bar arrived this afternoon, $150.00 w/free shipping from 4wheelparts, It looks like a easy install. I will give it a go in the driveway tomorrow morning. Then a test drive is in order. hummmm...... A late lunch along Hiway 1 in the afternoon.

Installed my Hellwig last weekend, and it's really no big deal at all! Like others, I'd advise you to be prepared to fight the rear shocks after they extend, but the solution I found was, using a floor jack, jack them back up a good bit above their lower mounting point, then let the jack down quickly and insert the bolt as they pass the mounting hole.....(I'm sure others have figured this out, but I thought I'd say what worked for me)
By the way, there's a WORLD of difference in the way it drives! Best $140/1 hour I've put into the X thus far!
Now for new shocks, small suspension lift, completion of the "blackout"............

My install this morning went well. I did it solo.
I too learned the hard way, not to let the shock decompress. On the second shock I used a motorcycle tiedown,
I strapped the shock BEFORE I backed out any bolts.
One hook in the pocket in the frame above the shock, the other end hooked to the bracket below. This held it in place, and allowed me to move it freely while working. To recover the exteneded shock I used a ratchet strap to pull it back in.
I never made it to hiway 1. But dirving around town this afternoon, it felt much tighter and no more lean.
