i have an 01 X psd.today i found my trans cooler between the air condenser and the intercooler.Ford buryed this puppy but good.please tell me where your cooler is and give me year and engine size.hint-after you open your hood,there will be a rubber cover in front of the radiator,you can lift up the corner of this cover and look with a flash light.tell me what you see.i was astounded to find the trans cooler in this dark hole.

I have a 2000 X V10. My cooler is between the condensor and the radiator.

Trans cooler? Damned if I know......too busy at the other end......where the GAS cap is located!!! |

Mike, finally remembered to take a look (sorry it was so long), it is in fromt of the radiator sandwiched in between it and what looks to be another radiator...Had to move the flap and use a flashlight, just like you said. I have a 2000 V-10 4x4. Hope this helps.
