kimg0214.jpg this is the stock crossemember of the F250. it was originally for a 4x4 AOD and all i did was move it back an inch or so for the 4R70W swap. despite the transmissions being very similar and using the same transfer case as the original, the front driveshaft interfered quite alot of it. 

i experimented with a few ways to take care of this but nothing would give enough clearance for without causing other issues. i decided i would go ahread and cut and weld the crossmeember with a dropped section to have clearance. i may change the crossemember in the future but i needed something to hold the transmission for now
