Even fully-assembled, it's easy to put these vise-grips on the upper core support shell so that the bolt can be unscrewed from it.

A quick way to check body mounts is to mark the lower isolator & then try to turn it by hand. If it spins, the upper is collapsed, or there's some other problem (rust, collision damage, etc.).
