I just bought my wife a 91 Probe LX with the 3.0 V6. It started and ran fine after a new battery was installed, but days later all I get is a relay click and all power seems cut to the rest of the car. Each day the radio is reset, like the battery terminals were disconnected. My friend, the wire wiggler, got it to start a couple of times more, when the relays clicked, but it seems there are some gremlins in my electrical system. Because it won't even turn over, I cannot get it in for diagnostics, but when there is power to the ignition, it starts BAM! Does anyone have a point for me to start? No pun intended :-) |
