89 crown vic idle problem

hello,I have a 89 crown vic with a 5.0 120 k miles,
here the problem, start it up cold idle
high,(normal)comes down ,drive 5-10 miles,(temp
normal) put into park ,idle high,like 1k or 1100 rpms,
u shut it off count to 10, start up idle comes down to
normal.. does it more when the a/c is on, all sensor
are orginal, changed just the air idle control, and
temp control sensor, I have the car since new,
thermostat was changed last year. any help,ok thanks
