Hi, New Guy Here.

Winter has brought back problems on the 91 GM. Nice creamy white water-oil is going from the filler cap back to throttle housing and gummin' up the idle by-pass. The same stuff is in the PCV and screen. It magically disappears in summer. The check engine light is on 50% of the time and it surges at idle. Sometimes I can motor for 3 miles on the highway without putting my foot on the accelerator. Yesterday I put a bottle in the line to catch some of the reverse flow goop. Any ideas would be appreciated.
