The story
I bought this for $1500 as a project in 1987 from a group of race car enthusiasts who had completely dismantled the car about ten years before.
They had intended to redesign and improve on the original in order to make it more competative against the "newer" cars.
It took about three years and several wheelbarrows full of cash to make a complete and functional roadracer of it. — D.B. Roberts
